    Your essay on ideology in the Information Age presents a good message that helps to explain the feeling of, for lack of a different word, stagnation that I, indeed, sense in my communities and the larger culture. You write that one of the issues at hand is a lack of awareness that revolutionary ideas are needed. However, your essay does not indicate what is needed, or what should be introduced or changed. I myself cannot put a finger on how to break the stagnation or why it needs to be broken. Why do we need a new ideology, and to what will it address? Is speaking of the need for revolutionary ideas and transformative ideologies, without discussing what they are needed for, putting the cart before the horse?
